These Submission Terms apply when you send a story, experience, message, photograph, recording, document or other material to True North Beyond The Veil (“TNBTV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the TNBTV website.
By submitting material, you acknowledge the following.
1. Your Submission
You may submit information about paranormal claims, unexplained experiences, historical mysteries, local legends, locations or other subjects that you believe may be relevant to TNBTV.
Please provide information that is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Submitting a story does not guarantee that TNBTV will investigate it, contact you, feature it in an episode or publish it.
2. Your Right to Submit Material
You should only submit photographs, recordings, documents or other material that you own or reasonably believe you have permission to share.
Please do not knowingly submit material that unlawfully infringes another person’s privacy, copyright or other rights.
3. How TNBTV May Use Your Submission
By submitting information or supporting material, you give TNBTV permission to receive, store, review and use it internally for purposes such as:
- evaluating your story;
- conducting historical or background research;
- determining whether further investigation may be appropriate;
- contacting you for clarification or additional information; and
- maintaining appropriate research and investigation records.
Submitting material does not transfer ownership of your photographs, recordings or other original material to TNBTV.
Submission alone also does not automatically give TNBTV permission to publicly identify you or publish your submitted photographs, recordings or other material.
If TNBTV wishes to use identifying information or submitted evidence publicly in an episode, article, video, podcast, social-media post or other production, additional permission may be requested where appropriate.
4. Anonymous Submissions
If you ask to remain anonymous, TNBTV will make reasonable efforts not to identify you publicly without further permission.
Your name, email address or other contact information may still need to be retained privately so that we can communicate with you and manage the submission.
5. Contact Permission
If you indicate that you are open to being contacted, TNBTV may contact you using the information you provide to discuss your submission, request clarification or ask about a possible investigation.
You are not required to agree to further contact in order to submit a story.
6. Supporting Evidence
Supporting evidence may include photographs, audio recordings, video, documents or other files.
Please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information such as government identification, financial information, passwords or private information unrelated to the story.
Files may contain hidden metadata or other information. You are responsible for considering whether there is information you wish to remove before submitting a file.
7. Information About Other People
A story may involve other people.
Please avoid providing unnecessary private or sensitive information about another person. Where possible, describe events without revealing information that is not reasonably necessary to understand the story.
8. Young People
If you are under the age of majority where you live, please involve a parent or guardian before submitting sensitive personal information, identifiable photographs, recordings or detailed information concerning yourself or another person.
9. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with the TNBTV Privacy Policy.

Requests will be considered in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and any legitimate legal, administrative, security or record-keeping needs.
11. No Guarantee of Investigation or Publication
TNBTV receives stories for research and consideration.
We cannot guarantee that every submission will receive a response, investigation or public feature.
