True North Beyond The Veil (“TNBTV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Canadian paranormal investigation and media project operated by WhiteCairn Media.
TNBTV investigates paranormal claims, historical mysteries, local legends and unexplained experiences through research, evidence, field investigation and critical inquiry.

Information We Collect

Contact-form submissions may be stored in our WordPress administration system and may also be sent to an authorized TNBTV email account.
Submit A Story
Our Submit A Story form allows visitors to voluntarily provide information about paranormal claims, unexplained experiences, locations, local legends or other subjects that may be relevant to TNBTV.
A submission may include personal information as well as information concerning other people.
Please provide only information that you reasonably believe you have the right to share.
Story submissions may be retained as part of TNBTV’s research and investigation records for longer than ordinary contact messages when the information remains relevant to a potential, active or historical case.
Supporting Evidence and File Uploads
The Submit A Story form may allow you to upload supporting material such as photographs, documents, audio or video.
Uploaded files are stored on the website’s server and may be accessible to authorized TNBTV administrators through the website’s submission system. Notification emails may contain links allowing authorized recipients to access those files.
Please do not upload highly sensitive personal information, government identification, financial information, passwords or other material that is unnecessary to understanding your story.
Files may contain information that is not immediately visible, including metadata associated with photographs or recordings. Consider removing information you do not wish to share before uploading a file.
Requests to Remain Anonymous
If you indicate that you would like to remain anonymous, TNBTV will make reasonable efforts not to publicly identify you without further permission.
We may still need to retain your name, email address or other contact information internally in order to communicate with you and manage the submission.
Choosing anonymity for public presentation does not necessarily mean that all information about the submission can be removed from our internal records immediately.

We do not sell or rent personal information submitted through the TNBTV website.
